Heat pumps are highly efficient devices that are not well known by the general public. They are appliances that absorb the heat or the cold from its surroundings, for our benefit and comfort. An air conditioner for example is based on the heat pump, but it´s a system that only produces cooling. By installing a reversible and a little more powerful heat pump, we can also generate heat and hot water in a much more efficient way than using conventional boilers.
