This is a 15 kW installation, consisting of 78 modules of 215 kWp each and 2 SolarMax 6000C invertors. The peak power is 16,770 W with an aproximate annual output of 24,299 kW.
The use of photovoltaic solar energy is not only seen in the generation of electricity for sale. It´s also used in rural homes and farms, that are away from the grid. In this case, it´s necessary to analyze the real needs and optimize the devices to be able to meet them. We should be careful to avoid realizing, afterwards, that the installation doesn´t cover all those needs. That would create an enormous problem, because it might be necessary to replace all the devices (except the number of plates, which can be increased easily).
