This facility presents an energetic combination practically perfect from our point of view.

First of all, it uses solar energy to generate solar hot water and heating. As auxiliar system for heating, it uses a condensation gas boiler, that is a high performace boiler, thanks that it extracts heat of combustion smole to use it in heating, what most boilers cannot do.

As distribution system of heating, radiant floor is used. This system serves as well to cool, but due to latitud of facility, client didn't consider necessary to use this feature. Radiant floor has several advantages above heating with radiators, and not only its capacity to fridge. It doesn't limit the distribution of forniture, as radiators do, because it is installed under the floor. Much more important is its confort and efficiency. It needs a lower temperature as heating with radiators, with consecuent fuel save, and besides, heat is much closer to human body.
