This installation uses vacuum tubes; the tubes through which the water circulates, are isolated from the outside via an insulation system by evacuation. Higher temperatures are achieved than with traditional flat plate collectors and they are usually installed when the heating system is set up with radiators, which operate at a higher temperature than solar collectors do.
