As biomass understand a wide variety of applications ranging from production of biogas using pig slurry to the use of wood for a stove.

In this case, we have installed a biomass boiler based pellets. The pellets are small pellets made from forest residues and wastes from the timber industry. It turns everything into chips and then proceed to drying, and thereafter, is pressed into pellet form, so that takes up much less volume and is easier to transport and store.

Within biomass boilers, there are other options, such as boilers, olive pits, vine yard trimmings or almond shells. We can find a specialized boiler in one of these fuels, which is ideal for places or businesses in which this material is abundant, eg boilers trimmings vine or olive in La Rioja and Jaén boilers are olive pits ideal in areas of olive oil production. There are also boilers policombustible.

Solar energy is one renewable that is coming with more force in our country. There is legislation that requires installing solar energy in all new building, and there are subsidies for those buildings that were already built before the entry into force of this Act.

Solar energy can be thermal or photovoltaic, the former produces heat and is used to generate domestic hot water and heating, while the latter produces electricity, and is often used in installations for the sale of electricity to the utility company.
